Kookaburra is set in a cozy, distinctively Niçoise building, overlooking the beautiful port of Nice, with a spectacular view of the château, calm, blue waters and luxurious yachts. On the upper level is a large open fireplace with comfy couches and a pool table, perfect for hosting large groups. There’s a terrace capturing the warm afternoon sun, and a dining room that is complimented by a wall of delectable Australian and French wines.

| With over 15 years experience in the Industry and a love and passion for food, renowned Australian executive chef Tania Tanti brings a unique dining experience to Kookaburra that is truly Australian. Take the opportunity to engage your tastebuds in new culinary experiences, such as kangaroo fillet steak drizzled with a juniper berry and lemon myrtle infused jus, or gourmet burgers filled with grilled zucchini, fried onions and horseradish cream. Sample Australia’s finest seafood, including King Prawns, Tasmanian Scallops and fresh flake (shark). Can’t decide on what dish to choose?
